Each week we interview a guest and focus on a specific theme.  We stay with the theme for four to five weeks before we do a wrap-up show about what we learned from our guests.  The underlying issue is how getting older has impacted our guests in terms of the theme we are exploring.  For example, our first theme was creativity and the ways in which it changes over time.
